Plant HR Manager based in _Central Offices, Juarez City, Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).

Plant HR Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a HRBP Director.

Your Task will be

Knowledge in human relations, labor relations, organizational climate,
Recruitment and selection, Training
Innovative operational practices
Revolutionary Human Resources Trends
Plan and coordinate special and integration events
Metrics,
Peopleoriented focus,
Projects related to retention programs,
Safety culture mindset.
Corporate Relationship.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

Education**:Bachelor ́s degree in Business Administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or any related field. Master's degree is a plus.
12 years on managerial HR positions within the automotive manufacturing industry (preferred).
Solid understanding of labor laws.
Excellence in internal customer service
Analytical mind and excellent problemsolving abilities
Effective management of work teams,
Creative and innovative
Outstanding communication and leadership
English: Proficient
