ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep the production machines in optimal conditions
- Lead the team of maintenance technicians to respond in a timely manner to the maintenance needs of the production machinery
- Actively participate in the training of new staff
- Monitor the compliance of the ranges of TPM in each of the operations, and maintain controlled and updated said ranges
- Promote and propely utilize the systems, procedures and practices described in the systems of quality, environment and safety.
- Preparation of requisitions for all personnel assigned area.
- Participation and evaluation of failures presented on different machines.
- Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.
- Complies with ISO 14001 according to FTM-EHS-12. Matrix of Roles Responsibility and Authority.
