    Support Analyst / Help Desk
    to work for
    an U.S. entertainment company.


    Main Skills:


    • Fluent English. 2+ yoe as support analyst.
    • Able to handle service request tickets for at least 1 or 2 of the following security/software tools:
    • LastPass
    • Password Management from Anywhere

    • _IAM_
    • ProofPoint

    • _NPE_
    • Wiz
    • Complete visibility and context for your cloud in minutes so your teams can proactively identify, prioritize, remediate, and prevent risks to your business

    _Cloud_:


    • Security incidents understanding and monitoring is a must.
    • Understanding of incident management, tickets creation, security aspects.
