Junior Recruitment Assistant – Manufacturing Site

Location: Tijuana, MEX

Work Modality: On-site

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: Reduced hours depending on hiring volume

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Assistant to support our high-volume hiring efforts at the manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating face-to-face, large-scale recruitment processes, especially for operational and manufacturing roles.

You will be the first point of contact for on-site candidates, helping guide them through the hiring steps and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in candidates arriving for interviews
• Support recruiters during candidate interviews and assessments
• Ensure completion and accuracy of all new-hire documentation
• Schedule medical exams, background checks, and other onboarding steps
• Maintain updated and organized recruitment records and daily reports
• Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume, on-site recruiting (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to conduct or support in-person interviews professionally
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); ATS knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
