Experiência y requisitos

Requires a professional career in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in maintenance and Textil equipment knowledge.
High sense of urgency, quick reaction to problems affecting some performance indicator.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
English 85% read, written, and spoken.
Blueprint reading and interpretation.
CAD proficient.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/7 waste concepts.
Administration of Continuous Improvement Projects.
Experience in the use of process control tools (SPC, histograms).
Experience in the use of problemsolving tools (Pareto analysis, 5 Why's, 6 Sigma, A3s).
Knowledge of Autonomous, Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance processes, OEE, MTTR and MTBF.
Experience in design and deployment of failsafe devices (Poka Yoke).
Basic knowledge of the requirements and foundations of the ISO certification.
Experience in managing projects to increase productivity and reduce costs through the automation of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge in the management and follow up of approval requests for capital investments (Capital Expenses).
Experience in safety procedures (LO-TO).
