In this role, you'll take on the challenge of supporting the development of the Human Resources area with a special focus on structuring processes, talent acquisition and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.


You will also participate in a broad range of HR related topics including but not limited to guidance on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, incapacity, holidays, contracts creation, HR policy and procedures, among others.


Typical Activities:


  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Upload or update documentation and personal information of each employee/intern to the internal database
  • Prepare contracts
  • Onboard/offboard of employees and interns
  • Assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing HR procedures
  • Organize, collect, upload and update recruitment files, payrolls, employee's documentation files, employee's personal information, or any documents as needed
  • Maintain HR systems and documentation
  • Close cooperation with employees and managers regarding HR projects, policies, and procedures
  • Vacation management
  • Human capital development support

Requirements:


  • Administration, psychology studies or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Dynamic, outgoing, and motivated personality
  • Showing great attention to detail and highly organized
  • Fluent level in English verbally as well as in writing
  • Basic command of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Located in Mérida, Yucatán
