Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Market Information & Digital Transformation Sr. Analyst Mexico/LAR role is crucial in achieving Brown-Forman's objective towards an insight-driven organization.

This position will be a strategic through partner providing teams with the needed market information in a compelling way to support and drive business decisions.

You will work with different teams within the company to help understand the alcoholic beverages market and how to seize the opportunities arising from it.


What You Can Expect:

  • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret both internal and external market data, including macroeconomics, industry trends, competitive intelligence, consumer and shopper data, sellin and inventories, to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Mexico/LAR Senior Management, Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning to support strategic planning (country strategies, country plans and brand plans) and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Sales, to align business strategies with market insights and optimize overall performance.
  • Design and utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present market insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, including executives and senior management, enabling datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics relevant to business goals and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns, to identify threats and opportunities and provide recommendations for competitive advantage.
  • Stay uptoday with industry news, data analysis techniques and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the analytical capabilities and provide innovative solutions to support our Digital Transformation journey.
  • In liaison with Advanced Analytics and Data Teams, manage and maintain market information databases, ensure data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for the organization.
  • Collaborate with external market information vendors and agencies.
  • Provide the Mexico/LAR Commercial and Finance team with ad hoc analyses and specific information as required.
  • Participate in Mexico/LAR special projects if needed.
  • Ability to collect, combine, and maintain market information databases from different sources: SQL Server and Cloudera / Impala.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or similar profile
  • Experience:

3 years of experience in similar positions.- Experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.- Experience in database usage and maintenance (Nielsen, ISCAM, SQL, Cloudera).


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of the use of data analysis and metrics and the ability to translate data, research, and trends into actions.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels within the organization.
  • Successful work experience in client relationship management, and vendor management.
  • Ability to build productive relationships across all levels, functions and cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to cocreate content and align on solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment
  • Fluency (oral and written) in English and Spanish. Additional languages i.e. Portuguese are a plus.
  • Proficiency of Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other software, as needed.
  • Knowledge of Data Mining techniques to analyze current market trends.
  • Proven track record of effective strategic planning, execution and follow up.
  • Problemsolving mindset.
