TripShepherd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Your primary focus will be on running and overseeing all digital ad campaigns, managing social media channels, and optimizing our online presence across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to make datadriven decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and the travel industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product development, sales, and customer support to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and results.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in the travel, hospitality, or tech industry.
  • Expertise in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and community engagement on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and a passion for digital marketing and the travel industry.
