    Job Summary:


    This Heavy Duty Gas Turbines Specialist coordinates work at field sites providing quality service to customers. This role includes sales execution follow-up activities along with planning necessary for jobs including instructions for crews used equipment.
    Responsibilities include coordinating cleanup repair preparation of equipment leading job evaluations individual crew performance levels training operators improve their performance working effectively in teams communicating through English Spanish under minimal supervision receives tasks according Maintenance or Installation schedule following established procedures across multiple sites promoting good relations performing other related duties following all TPS Service applicable processes ensuring business activities are conducted accordance Baker Hughes Core Values HSE Quality Compliance managing technical drawings conducting maintenance heavy duty gas turbines troubleshooting experiences essential as well able travel proficiently while maintaining certification excellence interests employees prioritizing experience advancement client satisfaction staying ahead pushing boundaries transforming future
