Your Tasks:


Role Purpose:


The CMI assistant is responsible for providing strong insight-led foundations for a variety of stakeholders to base their decisions on, ensuring our data and reports are optimally managed, standardized and that value-added insights are being identified and distilled at the right time to the right people.

Not only will you maximize the value being extracted from our existing sources, but you'll also evaluate and implement bespoke and inhouse modeling projects, which will in turn help shape brand strategy, new propositions and the identification of opportunities and risks in the competitive environment.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Develop data models, data visualizations, and reports to effectively communicate findings.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive datadriven decisionmaking processes.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategies.
  • Enable and handle data acquisition, transformation, and analysis with sophisticated analytical techniques that support or improve audit analysis and decision making.
  • Build and use Data Visualization tools to identify and communicate risk insights.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Experience developing statistical models through R, Python, Collab to address business inquiries
  • Ability to work in crossfunctional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
  • Confidently utilize existing methodologies and tools and continuously expand your understanding and experience of new ones
  • Critically assess requirements and use a broader business perspective to enhance outputs
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data and present findings to stakeholders.

Your Profile:


Education:


  • University Degree (Economics, Actuary, Business Administration Industrial Engineer or similar)

Experience:


  • Previous knowledge in Data analytics / BI
  • Experience with market data and kpis
  • Basic experience working with (R, Python or Collab)
  • Able to develop dashboards / analytics reports through BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview)
  • Experience working with databases (Desired SQL Server or MySQL) is a plus
  • Experience in previous similar role is a plus (CMI analyst)
