Nuestra empresa sigue creciendo, y hoy buscamos un

Ejecutivo de seguimiento PostVenta para nuestro almacen ubicado Landmark Guadalajara. Para ser exitoso en este posición deberás dar seguimiento y entrega de nuestras unidades vendidas y dar una atención extraordinaria a nuestro cliente, como ultipo proceso de ventas.

Responsabilidades:

Deberás dar seguimiento a clientes posteriores a la venta de cada uno de los automóviles.
Realizar entrega de Automóviles utilizando un checklist para revisión con el cliente
Dar seguimiento a las bitácoras de Servicios Revisados
Busqueda en piso de las unidades a entregar para una mejor organizacion.
Captura de informacion de cada uno de los automoviles entregados y por entregar.
Revisión e identificación de Garantías

Requisitos:

Bachillerato concluido con certificado, Licenciatura trunca o concluida con documento comprobable
Experiência en el area de atencion a clientes y comercial de autos oa fin
Manejo de Office, Excel tablas dinámicas, formulas y captura de datos
Conocimiento basico automotriz como marcas de auto o cuestiones técnicas
Zona de trabajo
:Plaza Cumbres Monterrey:
Horarios de: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00am a 6:00pm y Sábados 9:00am a 2:00pm
