As an Operations Analyst, identify trends, interpret data and make innovative recommendations to support the success of our Monterrey operations.

Position Responsibilities

Evaluate branchwide operations and provide root cause analysis.
Review reports to identify operational issues across departments.
Gather data using SQL and interpret results within Microsoft Office tools.
Effectively communicate results to business leaders by developing memos and presentations.
Make datainformed recommendations to improve performance and manage process improvement projects.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.

3+ years in an analyst role.
Strong Excel and Access experience.
Working knowledge of SQL, data extraction and analysis.
Power BI experience is
a plus.
