The Fiduciary Fees Operations Officer is an entry level role responsible for the instruction execution according to client instruction in coordination with the Client Services team.
The overall objective is to ensure transactions are processed and executed in a timely and accurate manner according to internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Execute transactions according to client instructions and adhere to all required procedures and controls
- Provide assistance for all moderately complex operational processes as needed
- Participate in system and client testing
- Assist with special reports and projects as needed
- Execute CFDI 4.0 fees invoices
Qualifications:
- 02 years of relevant experience or recent undergraduate from an economicadministrative degree
- Basic knowledge of financial banking products
- Basic-Intermediate English level
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
