Job Description Summary
This is What You Will do in This Role:
To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design
Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
Responsible for Variant configuration, Formulation of VC Master data, dependencies and VC Prototypes
Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP
Design and implement core functionalities of SAP WM, EWM, Org Structure, Put Away, Picking strategies
Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management to enhance the clients' business functionality and performance
Configure the SAP system in the areas of WM/EWM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions
Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment
Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way
Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented

What We are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher is required
8+ years of experience in SAP EWM / WM module of SAP is required
Should have experience working in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge on the SAP EWM and WM, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required
Working experience on LE Processes, EWM organizational structure, Inbound Delivery, Outbound Delivery, Put Away Strategies
Experience of Formulation of VC Master data like Characteristics, Characteristic Values, Class, Configurable Material, Configuration Profile, Object Dependencies and Dependency Net and its assignment to various objects.
Experience on VC Prototype or VC POC, Variant Characteristics
Experience on EWM and in handling Unit Management, Storage Unit Management,
Experience setting up RF Framework / Bar Code Scanners, Labels, Printing
Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM, QM, PM
Should be able to write functional specs and work with technical team on enhancements, user exits.
Will be required to prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training.
Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration
Should have experience preparing data migration templates
Should have experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.
Should have good experience in working with global teams.
Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies
Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover and golive support
Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing and presenting appropriate status reports

Other Requirements:

SAP EWM, WM with S/4HANA Implementation Experience
Must be able to fluently communicate in English
Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations
Business and Process Knowledge
Cross functional knowledge in business domains
Excellent timemanagement/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines.
Resultsoriented and demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 10% in US and EMEA
