    Job Description

    The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in software engineering, technical skills, and basic understanding of financial risk management methods. They should be efficient, innovative, and able to excel in a global organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gain extensive knowledge of MSCI products and tools.
    • Be adaptable and willing to learn the latest tech stack, including Python, Airflow, and AzureDevops.
    • Develop and configure standard and customized automated workflows.
    • Create and configure REST APIs to optimize workflow setups.
    • Apply knowledge of Agile methods for performance delivery and practice improvement.
    • Pursue ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
    • Knowledge or training in Finance or Statistics is advantageous.
    • Strong programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Go.
    • Experience using XML format.
    • Familiarity with Airflow, AzureDevops, and issue tracking/version control tools like GIT.
    • Capital Market domain awareness.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment using methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

    Dream Candidate

    • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
    • Fluent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
    • Ideal candidate would have a keen interest in Capital Markets or applying statistics knowledge for Market Risk analysis.
