- Identify and apply vehicle behavior metrics.
- Generate measurement indicators required by the business, following defined processes.
- Prepare Analysis Reports of fleet behavior, following defined processes.
- Data update to support management on the geolocation platform.
- Validate the operation of GPS devices and their accessories.
- Creation and tracking of requests and incidents reported by customers.
- Provide customer service (advisory, execution, and support). Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in business administration/computer science, or Industrial Engineering (Technical Degree or bachelor's degree).
- Experience in incident registration platforms (tickets), creation and documentation of requests, monitoring and closing them.
- Analytical abilities for data validation and interpretation.
- Proficiency in using applications like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. (In Excel, the intermediate level is the minimum required).
- Basic / Intermediate use of Power Bi

ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
As a Telematics Analyst at MBS, your role will involve data management on the MyGeoTab platform and the delivery of reports to various service recipient departments. This position reports to the LD&T Planner (LATAM Telematics Supervisor).
Your responsibilities in this role will include processing customer requests from different countries receiving the service. These requests will involve data entry for users and vehicles, application of rules for behavior identification, maintenance of general information, report generation, and other related activities. You will also participate in projects and processes related to telemetry, inventory, asset maintenance, monitoring safe driving practices, and management of all accessories related to telemetry and GPS. All administrative tasks will be performed on the geolocation platform, and reports will primarily be processed in excel app.
Another key aspect of this role is providing excellent customer service to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requests, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction.
