Job Summary

We are looking for a bright Senior IT Support Analyst to provide enterprise level technical support to all our internal customers with an excellent attitude.

What do you need to come aboard?

BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Proven 3+ years working experience in enterprise technical support.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Excellent clientfacing skills.
Continuous improvement, Leadership, Quality and Processes abilities
English Level: Intermediate-Advance
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform, services, and AWS
Working Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux
Knowledge about SQL DataBase
Ticket Management Support from 1st to 3rd Level
Experience working with Git or Docker as Software Repository
Management of Virtual Machine Tools (VMware)
Indepth knowledge of multiple Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.).
Some knowledge of shell scripting required.
Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology (Install from scratch, upgrades, patches and hotfixes).
Core system administration tasks such as sizing, managing services, logs, file permissions and ACL.
Experience working with SSL Certificates
Knowledge of ISO 27001 normativity
Virtualization technologies (Vmware & hyper V) is a plus
Experience with Panda 360 or WatchGuard is a plus
ITIL Framework knowledge is a plus
