Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist:

Location: Monterrey, NLE, MX, 64830Req ID 59029 MSSC Monterrey 2, Mexico

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in placing top talent within our organization on a global level.
Develop and utilize global search recruitment strategies for special projects from the business, including internal and external searches covering multiple regions.
Deliver appropriate hiring contribution results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
Understand market data and trends to drive hiring strategy.
Build strong and longlasting trusted relationships with hiring managers and the HR community.
Drive diversity strategies in recruitment and selection.
Ensure data is accurate within the ATS.
Complete mandatory and upskilling trainings.
Positively contribute to and elevate team environment and development.
Take part in or lead initiate continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience with fullcycle recruitment, with experience in hiring for technical/niche roles
At least two years of experience in formal interviewing
Strong understanding of employment market and translating into hiring strategies
Fluent in English
