    Descripción

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Understands the products, suggesting ideas and improvements back to group.
    • Assists with creation, reviewing, and systems entry of new product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, user manuals, submittal drawings, and sales literature.
    • Creates/modifies mechanical drawings/parts in CAD systems, such as CREO.
    • Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re occurring field issues.
    • Performs lab testing of products.
    Works closely with technicians and junior engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Less than 2 years of engineering product development or support experience.
    • Sheetmetal design experience
    • Basic working knowledge of mechanical concepts, products, safety and test methods.
    • Ability to follow, create, and organize testing and instructional procedures.
    • Data entry systems familiarity & BOM Creation Experience
    • Oracle, Agile, etc.
    • Basic mechanical CAD tools experience.
    o MBD (Model Based Definition) experience preferred
    • CREO preferred
    • Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and logically.
    • Good planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional Global Development Teams.
    - Fluency in English Basic electrical experience a plus    PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
