The team you will be a part of

NI Deployment services comprises the provision of an end-to-end process for the implementation/ integration, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.

What you will learn and contribute to:

  • Ensure/maintain up-to-date and consistent information in the different internal tools of the organization, automate the data collection processes and organize them according to each area.
  • Collect current process information and develop flowcharts under a standard process.
  • Design reports based on the consolidated information, tailored to the needs of each area.
  • Generate custom reports including statistics, graphs and consolidated data extracted through pivot tables, power bi, power point, etc and ensure it is updated and published on assigned websites or tools 5.
Your skills and experience

  • You have:
  • Been enrolled in 6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Telecommunication Technologies, Programming careers and Systems Engineering.
  • Medium Level English skills;
  • Knowledge in the area of Information Technology is essential, including knowledge and proficiency in the management of the different Microsoft 365 tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
  • Knowledge of process and project management and administration concepts is important.
