Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Recursos Humanos para una empresa del sector financiero que está en plena etapa
de crecimiento y profesionalización. Esta persona será responsable
de crear y estructurar el área RRHH desde cero, impulsando cultura,
talento y alto desempeño.
Rol
- Diseñar e implementar la estructura completa del área RRHH: procesos, políticas,
controles y métricas. Liderar programas
de Desarrollo Organizacional. - Gestionar ciclo completo recursos humanos:
reclutamiento administrativo , entrevistas por competencias,
onboarding capacitaciones clima laboral comunicación interna relaciones laborales.
