We are seeking a top-notch
Account Manager, who will be part of a social impact company driven by a mission to grow faith and cultivate community.

It's not necessary to share a catholic religious belief but respect and empathy for the beliefs of others is a must.


Essential Functions:


  • Drive business growth with our clients by identifying relevant account opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Own project management related to advertising campaigns, organizing workflows for respective tasks.
  • Coordinate all content received by clients for advertising campaigns.
  • Set the foundation for a successful renewal process, conducting hightouch meetings and resolving any issues.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on key metrics and updates.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a positive first impression and high buyer satisfaction.
  • Update client dashboards for weekly reporting.
  • Maintain an updated account management CRM to reflect account activity status and overall performance.
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, and tech teams to ensure all deliverables are executed on according to IO / campaign requirements.

Required Education and Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in account management or project management, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing contract renewals and driving upsells.
  • Strong experience in building, improving, and leading account management processes and reporting.
  • Verifiable references demonstrating shared values, diligence, and results.
