    Country Manager Role

    • Responsible for delivering high-level business outcomes, including sales, profit, annual budgeting, quality and food safety, and legal compliance.
    • Hold full financial responsibility for the country and drive strategic and operational plans to achieve short- and long-term goals.

    The Country Manager will lead a team of talented individuals to deliver results in line with our Company Values. They will work closely with the central marketing team to communicate country needs for marketing activity and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with franchisees to ensure successful store openings and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers to drive business growth.
    • Manage the country's P&L and overall budget, adjusting costs to reflect sales volumes and operating within budget.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of the local market and fluency in Spanish and English.
    • Ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven by success.
    • Positive self-starter with excellent commercial judgment and a growth mindset.
    • Strong organizational skills, discipline, and relentless high standards.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong teams and relationships.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in the food, retail, or hospitality industry will be highly valued.
