    Lead a team of
    supervisors and professionals who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class
    innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills
    to lead some of the world's most talented production teams. You will use your
    advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional
    quality in one of Honeywell IA. Through collaboration with cross functional
    teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a
    manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral
    competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordination of resources to comply with the rapid response system to productivity problems
    • Management of human and material resources for the optimization of the operation
    • Provide the necessary resources for the operation
    • Integrate SixSigma/Lean tools for continuous process improvement, reduce COPQ and manage productivity of floor purchases
    • Responsible that the product is made according to customer's specifications and in cycle time as well as in quantity
    • Responsible for compliance with the production
      program

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Knowledge of maquiladora industry standards and high-volume, high-mix production.
    • Advanced analysis and problem-solving techniques.
    • Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances and CNC Control Continuous improvement / QCDP / Poka-Yoke
    • Knowledge of quality system.
    • Analysis for optimization of installation and operation costs.
    • Strong Knowledge of troubleshooting tools Knowledge in Production Administration, Process Control and Personnel
    • Lean manufacturing knowledge General knowledge in assembly with CNC hand tools and Machines and Tools Ability to develop, execute and achieve strategic tactics and initiatives through active leadership that positively impact business plans, operational benefits, practices, policies and procedures.
    • ORACLE knowledge, Customer focus Sense of urgency Knowledge of kanban and material flows.
    • Management of maximums and minimums
    • Knowledge and ability to develop and interpret operational plans, budgets, master plans and financial statements.
    • Effective communication and teamwork techniques.
    • Time management techniques and ability to achieve goals with little supervision.
    • Training in 5s's and Safety and Hygiene Personnel management and conflict management
    • Strong communication skills with internal and external interfaces.
    • Knowledge and Presentation Skills and How to Provide Training Leaders
