Responsibilities:


  • On a daily basis provides support to the Office Manager and the different areas within the office; assist in any other duty when assigned.
  • Provides excellent customer service to the public, the client and the office staff.
  • Receives, register, classifies and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Switchboard management and makes outgoing phone calls.
  • Administrates courier and package delivery.
  • Receives invoices for accounting review.
  • Administrates the use of meeting rooms.
Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor or technical Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing, in both Spanish and English.
  • Compute Skills; able to handle standard programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Selfstarter
  • Independent worker ability to complete daily tasks without constant supervision
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Professional integrity, reliability and discretion.
  • Punctuality.
