    RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORGANIZATION, PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF PROJECTS RELATED TO THE PRE-TREATMENT AND E-COAT PROCESS, INTEGRATION OF NEW MATERIALS, PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, AUTOMATION, ENGINEERING CONTROLS, PROCESS SIMULATION AND APPLICATION, IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS DE STELLANTIS; SO THAT THEY ARE DELIVERED ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET, WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY, SAFETY AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.IN ADDITION, THIS ENGINEER MUST ENSURE THAT THE PROJECTS ARE EXECUTED UNDER CORPORATE STANDARDS AND COMPLY WITH THE REGULATIONS OF THE PLACE WHERE THEY ARE CARRIED OUT.

    THE ENGINEER IN PRETREATED AND ELECTROPLATING PROCESSES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN INTERDISCIPLINARY WORK TEAMS:

    INCLUDING SUPPLIERS AND FCA PARTNERS, ALWAYS SEEKING THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT WITH HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS AND FOCUSED ON THE CUSTOMER.1.

    5 years, at least, in pretreatment & Ecoat projects development includingGraduated as mechanical, electrical, electronics & control engineering.
    Advanced level of English2. Knowledge of the different Paint processes in automotive industry.3. Excellent verbal and written communication (spanish & english).4. Leadership skills.5. Positive attitude.6. Availability for location change, depending on the project (plant).7. Excellent skills for problems solving.8. Processes simulation knowledges.9. People supervision skills.10. Knowledge of standards and procedures of safety.11. Knowledge of standards and procedures for manufacturing.
