POSITION OBJECTIVEThis position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (Co E), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts.
The SAP Co E drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives.
We're looking for driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager to grow with us on this exciting journey.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead system enhancements, incident resolution, and project activities with full ownership.
Provide hands-on support for SAP P2 P & Ariba (procurement processes, suppliercollaboration, Invoice management, and Ariba Network integration).Collaborate with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.
Drive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and leadcontinuous improvement and application maintenance activities.
Independently develop and maintain functional and design specifications, and ensure alignmentwith enterprise standards.
Support integration points with other SAP modules and domains.
Lead peer reviews of design standards and specifications.
Govern the transition and handoff from project delivery to application support teams.
Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
Mentor junior and intermediate analysts, and contribute to team capability building.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSUniversity degree or equivalent by experienceMinimum 6 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAPfinancial modules: P2 P, MM, Ariba.
Good understanding of P2 P (MM) & Ariba integration with other SAP modules especially with SD,TM, EWM, and PP.Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.
Exposure to SAP PP module and its integration with P2 P processes is highly desirable.Having knowledge of SAP LE modules will be an asset but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Materials Management, Materials Management organization structure, PO/STOprocesses, Inbound and Outbound Deliveries creation, Inbound and Outbound ASNs.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Materials Management and Ariba (buying and Invoice, GuidedBuying, Ariba Network).Solid understanding of S4 HANA processesHigh-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migrationTraining skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peersDynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written andverbal.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realitiesTraining and coaching skills to elevate team performance.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions.You're able to work in English (written and oral)
