Objective of job:


  • Assure all logístical functions in the plant
  • Responsible for the receiving, storage, handling and shipping process in PUE, through the coordination of the teams according to the leadership, resource managements, teamwork and affective communication skills.

Principle activities:


  • Support the strategic planning of the unit/division (Fachbereich/Bereich) by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the department (Abteilung) within a short or mediumrange time frame.
  • Plan and administer the budget in his area of responsibility, in Cooperation with the Supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.
  • Develop and implement personnel planning in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor; also make sure qualified personnel are hired.
  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor.
  • Develop departmentspecific goals, break down and prioritize the department goals, follow up on goals and evaluate goal achievement.
  • Administer and assure all logístical and SCM functions in the plant (e.g. warehouse administration, materials management, transport, etc.), implement actions for deviations as required.
  • Implement logistics and SCM guidelines, processes and systems and assure they are followed.
  • Assure planning and control of the material demand and of the detailed production program, in order to assure supply with all necessary materials and components.
  • Assure material availability/transport logistics and the agreed supply reliability to internal and/or external customers.
  • Identity potential, develop suggestions for improvement, and assure the implementation of improvements for processes and structures as well as procedures and methods.
  • Consider actions systematic and continuously to minimize risks, failures and improve existing process in Logistics Operation in the PD Region.
  • Responsible for the delivery Performance and establish actions to ensure correct and timely delivery of harnesses.
  • Responsible to inform to the Organization if find discrepancies, changes or risks with customer deliveries.
  • Support as Interface and technical knowledge between the process under their responsibility and in PD Organization areas.
  • Responsible for coordinate and monitor the inventory levels for finished and semifinished goods according to demand and targets established to SCM group.
  • Responsible for receiving, storage, handling and shipping of raw materials and finished goods, as well as their proper setting in Systems. Support production in the matters related to the material supply, SAP, HOST, MPC Tool, Demand Viewer, MES CPM, MES PSME, MES PTO, MES STO, AULA, BISS, TISS.
  • Responsible for the proper management of the warehouse equipment (forklifts, batteries, PC's, etc).
  • Responsible for the image of his/her subordinates, aligned with the Company image as a global automotive supplier. Ensure the employees are involved in all process.
  • Supports and promote teamwork, ensure that employees are involved in all process and applies the C4P philosophy quality and environmental policy.

Job requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree: Professional/graduate education (seasoned professional) usually acquired through a bachelor's degree or professional certification with substantial (five to seven) years of experience in the related field/s (highly proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field with a high degree of innovative and conceptual thinking within a scientific discipline).
  • Work experience: 57 years
  • Language: Business Level
