Summary


This role will provide administrative assistance to strategies relating to leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion, colleague engagement, and other key capabilities for Latin America and the Caribbean.


Qualifications:


Experience

  • Administrative, HR or hospitality experience preferred.
Education

  • BA in hospitality, business, communication or related field preferred.

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office required.
  • Experience with HR systems (Taleo, Saba, PeopleSoft) a plus

Additional Comments and Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to operate in a fastpaced, complex corporate environment
  • Proven customer service skills including problem resolution, maintaining correspondence between clients and our hotel properties
  • Ability to work with a remote team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when business needs demand.

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
