Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


Lead Cookies & Crackers platform strategy to translate from strategy to execution, and lead the end to end process of platform projects.

Ensure with commercialization teams the right tracking of platform projects, and safeguard main KPIs to capitalize frequency and incrementality.


Define SDD innovation strategic frame to trigger the right innovation projects to elevate innovation to a significant accelerated growth lever.

Lead the Front End Innovation (FEI) process to develop the right projects with a consumer-centric and agile mindset way to play to significantly reduce cycle times an increase flexibility.

Create for Mexico, but partner with LATAM and Hispanics BU for potential lift and scale.

Chocotella:
Expand Cookies & Crackers frequency via incremental innovation on Chocolate's world fastest growing flavor: chocolate and hazelnut. Source growth from adjacencies and win SOM within Cookies & Crackers snacks / high end segments. Define and implement a clear and differentiated pipeline, ensuring flawless execution.

Co-branding: Lead Gamesa's cobranding strategic pipeline, define the correct pipeline, ensuring flawless execution.

Xtra Power:
Tackle the need for mid morning Energy expanding Xtra Power platform via innovation of differentiated and functional ingredients. Create a multi brand/category pipeline with clear guidelines and disruptive innovation.

Premium:
Create a brand and product platform to expand C&C towards the highest category price tier. Win category share of space by penetrating value white space with a strong Large Format plan. Create expansion guidelines towards other formats. Define and implement awareness campaign.

Christmas & Seasonal Flavors:
Create a flavor experience platform around seasonal flavors to amplify PMF's seasonality programs. Land the flavor and branding approach for Christmas seasonal products, crating a multi brand platform. Engage with brand teams and create awareness and communication platform.

Wholesome:
Gain incremental SOM in the fast growing segment within the BFY snacks market: BFY cookies. Define product guardrails and mutli brand approach to capitalize portfolio opportunity. Enhance portfolio by generating disruptive innovation expanding local substrates.


Your Impact
As Brand Innovation Manager your scope would consist of

  • Seek out and discern consumer needs and insights; analyze and anticipate competitive moves to define white spaces to propose the innovation AOP/ SDD.
  • Deep focus on consumer insights: understanding of premium & permissible consumer needs & demand space; analyze competitive moves, category trends and understand key category dynamics.
  • Design brand growth strategic framework for AOP, identifying key brand pillars & innitiatives to drive penetration & frequency through all brands.
  • Co-Develop Incremental Concept/Platforms with extended Innovation Team
  • Incorporate data driven insights and leverage analytics capabilities
  • Manage key partner relationship with internal & external agencies & partners.
  • Work alongside commercial teams to develop solid plans for each channel, specifically Organized Tradae, Traditional WHSL, & Price Clubs.
  • Propose and manage A&M budget, by planning working vs nonworking target ratios.
  • Lead local innovation to assure ontime and flawless execution until Gate 3.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience
  • 24 years of experience with Innovation/Brand/Marketing in FMCG companies.
  • Preferably experience in consumer insights & innovation roles
  • Innovation / Design Thinking certificates are a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Consumer, competitor and market understanding to formulate strategic insights.
  • Manage marketing plans development and execution
  • Understand key leverage points (volume, product cost, A&M, etc.) of the P&L
  • Multiple project management skills
