Partnering with production and design directors, you'll be responsible for helping develop solutions to execute large quantities of digital video adaptations from a master file, including size, format, and language adjustments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the localization postproduction process for a variety of content, including but not limited to long and shortform content, broadcast spots, digital media, and static assets, all in various formats.
  • Work closely with integrated producers, directors, editors, and other postproduction staff to ensure seamless integration of localized elements into original content.
  • Coordinate with localization vendors, language services, and dubbing artists to deliver highquality localized audio, subtitles, and graphics.
  • Supervise the quality control (QC) process for all localized content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Develop and implement localization strategies and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce timetomarket for localized content.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in localization and postproduction to continually enhance our localization capabilities.
  • Manage teams and timelines for localization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in postproduction, with at least 2 years focused on localization.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages as a plus.
  • Ability to effectively onboard and brief team members of different skill sets and backgrounds across the company globally.
  • Proven track record of managing localization projects for highprofile brands and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Indepth knowledge of delivery specs across various media, ensuring content is optimized for distribution on multiple platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of postproduction processes including editing, dubbing, subtitling, and QC.
  • Understanding of VO talent booking and managing recording sessions across regions outside of the US.
  • Understanding of audio mix processes.
  • Understand the demands that come with working with Global brands.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to work autonomously, resourcefully, and efficiently.
  • A natural problem solver with a sense of urgency who can find an answer or aworkaround to issues if a lead is unavailable and communicate those solutions whenavailable.
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
Leadership experience is a bonus.

  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects under tightdeadlines.
  • A driven, creative mindset focused on innovation and excellence in video contentproduction

Technical Skillset:


  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects and Premiere Pro. Additional common programs include Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Excellent with Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with Wrike.
  • Excellent knowledge of highvolume postproduction workflows.
