This person will be based in our CDMX offices as part of our Mexico Support System Team and will report directly to our US based operations.

(English is required for this position)


Primary Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Employee Success Representative include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage daily scheduling operations and administrative functions
  • Communicate with Officers efficiently and quickly to address gaps in scheduled hours
  • Interact with all internal customers in a friendly and courteous manner and handle all issues in accordance with best practices
  • Provide frequent updates to the Team Lead about potential issues regarding scheduled hours, staffing deficiencies, and client requests
  • Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve scheduling operations capabilities and responsiveness across California
  • Screens and responds to all incoming calls and correspondence
  • Leverage available systems to optimize scheduling and reduce operational costs
  • Sets up and prepares documents, PowerPoints and materials, handouts for meetings, conference calls, and presentations
  • Follow all prompts from the call management system to provide the appropriate customer service
  • Understand and adhere to all rules of conduct
  • Manages and generates HR reports and HR files
  • HRIS database and processes through Personnel Action Forms
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and deescalate the situation both inperson and through the call management system
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR administrative support role or Customer Service position
  • Must be resultsdriven, flexible, and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demands.
  • Highly Proficient with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce and Paycom
  • Good relationshipbuilding skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers, and senior management
  • Must be organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and be proactive and able to manage time efficiently
  • Professional, approachable style, and capable of working with all levels
  • Must have unquestionable integrity and the exceptional ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must be a selfmotivated, positive, and proactive individual capable of working as a team member in a fastpaced entertainment environment.
  • Previous experience in a highly creative environment; thinking outside the box.
