Job Overview:

The Data & Analytics team (dna) drives the enterprise data and analytics strategy for the firm.

The team is responsible for establishing a data foundation, building capabilities while setting standards and measurements for data quality, compliance, security, and retention of our data assets.


The dna team is overall responsible to deliver new initiatives and projects while continuing to maintain the reporting & analytics content delivered previously.

As such, we are looking to reinforce our team with a Junior Project & Operations Manager, reporting to the Data & Analytics Lead.


You will be primarily responsible for the successful delivery of our projects and initiatives as well as defining an operational framework to streamline the maintenance of the existing content.


Key Responsibilities:

Initiatives Identification and Delivery (70% capacity)

  • Liaise with the department leadership team to identify and scope the roadmap of initiatives and projects to be included in the team pipeline
  • Lead the capacity planning activity of the team to ensure all resources are utilized in the most efficient way between initiative delivery and operational maintenance
  • Lead the planning, coordination, communication and reporting of the delivery of the various initiatives internally and with external stakeholders
Operations Manager (30% capacity)

  • Establish the visibility of the data & analytics function within the various firm internal platforms
  • Establish the engagement framweork between the dna team and the "analytics community" at large (hundreds of colleagues across the various departments) to ensure awareness and proficiency on data & analytics assets
  • Establish a framework to track and oversee the businessasusuall maintenance activities required from the team
  • Assist the department head with defining and implementing internal processes

Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the data and analytics domain.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing projects, including creating project plans, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Any additional certifications or training in project management methodologies or tools would be a plus.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills
