- Ensure compliance with predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.
- Ensure optimal use of human resources in the production area through adequate balancing of production lines.
- Responsible for the design of efficient and optimal work methods, use of the company's production equipment.
- Comply with the corresponding responsibility in each procedure that includes the requirements of the standards that govern our quality system IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Responsible for personnel training programs.
- Immediately inform those who have responsibility and authority to take corrective action in non-conforming products and processes to ensure that in non-conforming products are shipped to the customer and that all non-conforming products are identified and contained.
- Responsibility and authority to stop production due to quality problems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related career.
- +5 yrs. Manufacturing Manager Experience
