BASIC FUNCTION:

Under the direct Maintenanceand Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for the receipt, storageand delivery of packaging materials, spare parts, safety equipment, Chemicals,Operation consumables, equipment repairs, etc. for SFO It is ensured that allmaterial received meets the specifications required by the operation, whilemaintaining the accuracy of the inventory.

SPECIFICRESPONSIBLITIES:

Determine suitable materials for keeping in the spare parts warehouse.
Process requisitions to shop materials.
Schedule replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels accordingto consumption.
Ensure inventory accuracy.
Directly control high value materials or "controlledmaterials" that represent high costs in terms of consumption, as wellas those critical inputs, whose lack could represent production stoppages.
Supervise production material deliveries by requisition format andexecute requests from all departments of the plant.
Coordinate physical inspection of materials as required in the area.
Provide information on the level of inventory to suppliers, to ensurereplenishment of material if necessary.
Store all data on the receipt, delivery and all material balances.
Maintain and keep secure the Department.
Supervise workers who have the task of receiving, storage and deliveryof materials throughout the plant.
Ongoing activities seeking cost reduction projects
Keep the area of chemical products.
Keep an updated file of scrappedpieces.
Performs other related duties andassignments as directed by the material-Handling and Storeroom Supervisor.

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS

Minimum Engineering or Bachelosr ́s degree. Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor instorage, inventory, organizedand responsible. Basic knowledge ofEnglish. ExperienceSAP MM EDUCATION:
Engineeringor Bachelosr ́s degree. EXPERIENCE:
Preference minimum 3 years' experience as asupervisor in storage, inventory, organized and responsible.

FORMATION:
Basic knowledge ofEnglish, Knowledge of Office, Microsoft Windows and SAP based softwareapplications. SKILLS: Traits
