Role Responsibilities:

Analyze new business opportunities thoroughly to provide clients with the best market options.
Collaborate with internal teams to secure shipments from clients' portfolios for new routes.
Team up with the Sourcing Team to secure the most competitive rates in the market.
Conduct productive onboarding meetings with operations, sourcing and commercial teams to align requirements for new accounts.
Generate quick and effective quotes to enhance the possibility of winning shipments.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales roles within the freight forwarding industry.
Familiarity with the American market, excellent negotiation skills and strong analytics capabilities.
Empowered and determined to make assertive confrontations when necessary, particularly when liaising with internal teams to clarify and follow up on requests to ensure result.
Proficient organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Fluency in English (business level nonnegotiable).
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Entrepeneurial mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
