Mandatory Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in the area of finance and accounting

• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and continuously monitor the performance of the plan.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets
• Responsible for accounting activities: preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profitandloss statements and cash flow report.
• Provide into the organization, the financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analysing variation from budget
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and continuously monitor the performance of the plan.
• Responsible for system development and execution of financial areas of AP, A/R, Fixed Assets, Cost, Tooling
• Understanding of Mexican IEE and International Account Standards.
• Wide knowledge of legal requirements from the state of Nuevo Leon.
• Proven hands on experience with ERP-SAP System
