Main Responsibilities:

• Daily records of supplier invoices with and without purchase orders for materials and services.
• Distribution, reconciliation and control of accounting accounts
• Review of the records generated during the month and adjustments for reclassification.
• Reviews and follow-ups for the Reiwa Project.
• Resolution of Tickets and timely responses.
• Follow up on supplier requests
• Attention to internal clients
• Month closing activities (Intercompanies)

Background Required

• Public Accounting, Administration, Commerce or related career.
• 2 Years in Share Service in AP Funct
• English Language Intermediate
