    The Role

    As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective promotional strategies at the Point of Sale. This involves analyzing market trends, optimizing marketing plans, and allocating resources to meet client needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Oversight of Marketing and Retail initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    2. Category Management expertise to inform Key Account Plan development.
    3. Establishing standardized metrics to optimize resource allocation.
    4. Supporting the creation of business plans tailored to individual clients.
    5. Ensuring strategic alignment between brand and commercial strategies.
    6. Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
    7. Collaboration with Commercial teams to define policies and allocate promotional budgets.
    8. Evaluating promotional effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.

    About You

    1. 6+ years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, or Commercial Trade Marketing.
    2. Leadership experience within a team environment.
    3. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
    4. Proficiency in English language (intermediate or advanced level).
