inimum 1+ years of customer service, data processing or HR experience preferred

I

n this role, the consultant will be responsible for:

i) Receiving and processing requests from employees and PLs in our core HR systems and other HR related systems, accurately completing transactions utilizing HR Shared Services procedures, policy manuals, knowledge management system and other reference materials

ii) Receiving inquiries from employees and people leaders via chat, phone or case, and provide the necessary advice/support

iv) Escalating team member inquiries in a timely manner when additional research or analysis is necessary T
