Our Exciting Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Master Planner to develop and ensure adherence to production schedules based on customer orders, available resources, plant capacity, and material inventories to meet customer demand and sales targets.

You will

Disseminate production schedules across all levels of the organization involved in the production process.
Monitor, analyze, and report daily on schedule performance to identify issues, adjust plans when necessary, and oversee activities to achieve monthly targets.
Determine the optimal production sequence to minimize disruptions and enhance production efficiency.
Collaborate with Planning and Control Coordination to update EAO management and the client on schedule adherence.
Facilitate communication among production, engineering, quality, warehouse, and material planning departments regarding schedule changes.
Engage with material planning and purchasing teams to ensure component supply aligns with production requirements.
Promptly identify and address any constraints that could impact production schedules.

To succeed in this role, you should have

Degree in Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in English
Experience with SAP
Customer service background
Demonstrated expertise in production scheduling

Skills

Strong data analysis, mathematics, and statistics skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
