    Funciones:
    Responsable de atención en primer filtro a llamadas de clientes en el área de refacciones. Identificar números de parte mediante sistema SAP, SIS, o manuales. Mantener actualizado el correo de refacciones, de los clientes según correspondan. Dar soporte al área de Servicio referente a stock, dudas, entre otros. Backup.
