- The Procurement team evaluates suppliers based on price, quality, timing, and reliability, aiming to secure the best deals and opportunities.
- As a Sourcing Analyst, you'll manage relationships with suppliers for commodities, work on New Project Launches, and seek cost and quality improvements.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify potential suppliers, and ensure compliance with Whirlpool standards.
- Manage supplier selection for new product launches.
- Constantly seek cost-saving opportunities with current and potential suppliers.
- Develop relationships with competitive suppliers.
- Work with the engineering team to meet cost and quality targets.
- Handle contract management and day-to-day supplier interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in procurement or sourcing.
- Fluency in English.
- Project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
