You support our team as
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and automotive industry standards.
- Monitor production performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, control plans, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering departments to resolve production issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Recent graduate with internship experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and production processes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts
