About the Role


This person is the point of contact between Latam Delivery Operations' and some of the Product teams in the US; he/she will also be responsible for making sure Latam interests are covered in Product launches, through deep business' understanding, analyses and effective stakeholder management.


Our team is the point of contact for many Product launches and projects; our main OKRs are retention, active users and frequency.


What You'll Do

  • Be the point of contact between LatAm Operations Teams and a few Product Teams abroad.
  • Consolidate, track, report and drive recommendations regarding Pricing Efficiency for Latam Delivery.
  • Have a deep understanding of Pricing Structures across the region and the world to be able to recommend adjustments and products in LatAm.
  • Learn from our stakeholders across multiple countries, making sure that local knowledge is leveraged regionally and globally with minimum effort.

What You'll Need

  • Data literacy
  • Relational Database
  • Basic SQL or willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments) and statistical methods (Incrementality Concept)
  • Ability and experience in extracting insights from data, and summarizing learnings / takeaways
  • Experience with Excel/GSheet and some dashboarding/data visualization
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, with a healthy stakeholder management with different teams.
  • Previous experience in being the POC for Global products' launches locally
  • Previous experience with A/B testing pricing levers, such as fees
