We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Help Desk Specialist - Full Time - to join our team in Mexico

Location:
Fully remote.

Requirements:

Availability to work 45 hours per week
Interest in working at any shift (rotational shifts, morning, afternoon and night)

- Advanced English (B2 as minimum)

Advanced German (C2 as minimum, preferred native):

Looking to work in IT Environment
6 months of experience in Customer Service

Activities

General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
