  • Under close supervision, responsible for purchasing and ensuring timely deliveries of assigned items, supplies, and materials.
  • Expedite when necessary and act as a link between vendors and users.
  • Obtain prior approval for purchases exceeding established limits.
  • Transactions may involve occasional modification of standard items and services.
  • Entry-level role with 1 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking delivery of purchase orders.
  • Monitoring assigned freight for ready-to-collect purchase orders.
  • Pre-receipts and loading of MTRs.
  • Updating information in I5.
  • Sending expense accounts to the administration department.
  • Managing and scheduling deliveries to customers and machining.
  • Controlling RMAs and delivery tests for virtual operations.
  • Providing general support to the department.
