    We are looking for an Internal Auditor Analyst



    Department:
    Compliance

    Site:
    Mexicali
    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday 7-4 pm (availability weekends).

    Objective:
    The Internal auditor analyst will support the Compliance Officer by assisting with security monitoring, compliance documentation, and risk assessments. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a meticulous approach to evidence collection, and a curious mindset to understand and verify compliance with security controls, system configurations, and regulatory frameworks.



    Main Activities:


    • Responsible for and available for compliance audits and risk assessments by identifying control gaps and documenting risk evaluations.


    • Review user access and permissions to ensure least privilege and proper segregation of duties.


    • Maintain audit documentation and control evidence for internal and external reviews.


    • Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.


    • Manage vendor compliance documentation, including security attestations and due diligence records.


    • Assist in developing and tracking compliance training and awareness programs.


    • Organize and maintain structured, accessible documentation for all audit evidence, policies, and assessments.
    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


    • Familiarity with documentation and workflow management tools (e.g., SharePoint, ticketing systems, GRC tools).


    • Basic knowledge of process improvement, KPI handling and internal auditing. Six sigma and lean manufacturing is desired but not mandatory


    • Experience with data analysis, risk assessments, or security monitoring tools is a plus.


    • 0-2 years of experience leading or at least participating in internal audits, risk assessment and management; if this experience is in IT operations, or compliance fields it is preferred but not mandatory (internship experience is acceptable).
