    Active participation for the fulfillment of the RPAs (Reinforced product audits) program, durability LAB test.
    Management of test requirements in TMT and preparation of final reports.
    Statistical reports of the structural behavior of the products.
    Realization directly performance, durability and specials tests.
    Realization out of the analysis of the finished product, component of the different areas of processes, project,
    purchases, warranties and production.
    Performance of product failure analysis of the production line, customer rejections (0 Km) and warranties.
    Active participation for maintenance of the 5 s in the metallurgical and durability LABs.
    Metallographic preparation for analysis under microscope.
    Participation and involvement in the objectives and programs of safety and hygiene (OHSAS ) and the
    Environmental Management System (ISO ).
    Realization of failure notifications. Knowledge of all product technologies and customer specifications.
    Technical support in carrying out durability tests.
    Monitoring and application of the 5 Valeo axes.
    Issue of 4 improvement ideas per month.
    Compliance 1 hour E-training.
    Disposal of scrap material before analyzed in the durability LAB. (RPAs).
    Propose improvements to the existing standards in your area.
    Updating of reports and indicators in your area.
    Perform the release to the point of laboratory equipment.
