DESKTOP SUPPORT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and provides front line desktop support for 4550 remote workers in mixed
- Responsible for assuring users are provided efficient and timely first and second level support
- Ensure Help Desk coverage during normal business hours and oncall support as required
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of five years' support services experience in IT Help Desk and/or Desktop
- Experienced in Google Enterprise Workspace, GSuite, MacOS and Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent customer service, written and oral skills.
- Selfmotivated and goal driven, with the ability to multitask and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Certifications//proven expertise in Google Enterprise and management and support of
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities, and react to short deadlines.
- Creating and maintaining user selfhelp documentation, technical documentation and procedural documentation.
- Ability to provide a very high level of customer service to team of busy executives is a must.
Pay:
$33,896.00 per month
